DoryPlan.com is operated by Fraser Wheaton. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. The short version: we collect only what we need to process your order and improve the site, and we never sell your personal information to anyone.

What We Collect

When you make a purchase

Checkout is handled by Shopify. When you place an order, Shopify collects your name, email address, shipping address (for printed orders), and payment details. We receive your name, email, and shipping address so we can fulfill your order. We do not see or store your credit card number — Shopify handles that directly.

When you sign up for email updates

If you enter your email on the site, it is sent to Omnisend, our email marketing platform, through a secure server-side proxy. We use your email to send you build tips, updates, and occasional promotions. Every email includes an unsubscribe link — one click and you're off the list.

When you browse the site

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how people find and use the site — things like which pages are visited most, how long people stay, and what devices they use. This data is anonymized and aggregated. We also use the Omnisend tracking script to connect site visits with email subscribers so we can send more relevant content.

How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfill your order (Shopify, Lulu Direct for printed plans, Filemonk for digital delivery)
• To send you email updates if you've signed up (Omnisend)
• To understand how the site is used and improve it (Google Analytics)
• To respond to your questions when you contact support

Who We Share It With

We share your information only with the services needed to run the business:

• Shopify — payment processing and order management
• Lulu Direct — prints and ships the Workshop Edition
• Filemonk — delivers the digital PDF after purchase
• Omnisend — email marketing
• Google Analytics — anonymized site analytics
• Cloudflare — secure API proxy and DNS

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Period.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and email tracking (Omnisend). These help us understand how the site is used and connect your browsing with your email subscription if you've signed up. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Children

DoryPlan.com is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
